Lierse won their first pre-season match this afternoon away to FC Pulle (4th
division provincial) 16-0. Despite the dreadful Bank Holiday weather, there was a massive yellow-black following for the team. There were around 1800 supporters overall.
Lierse scored goals early in the game, but there was a gap to around the half-hour mark for more. It was 0-4 at halftime.

In the second half Lierse quickly extended the lead. Our team had also brought 7 new faces in during the break. Especially during the last 15 minutes, the goals came one after the other. The final count was sixteen.

61’ 0-8: Penalty + yellow card for Pulle keeper, following a foul on the clean
through De Witte. Nedzipi easily puts away the penalty.
65’ 0-9: Combination Sherif-Cavens, Nikolic finishes off.
70’ 0-10: Tshiala puts double figures on the scoreboard.
75’ 0-11: Sherif shoots in the top corner.
76’ 0-12: Nikolic heads an assist from Samir past the Pulle keeper.
79’ 0-13: Shot on goal from Nedzipi, Cavens heads the rebound in.
80’ 0-14: Samir shoots into the top corner.
82’ 0-15: Nedzipi scores his third.
89’ 0-16: Samir puts the 0-16 final score on the board.
