Julien Tshiala De Wouters, a 22-year old (22/09/86) defender, comes over from U.R.Namen and has signed for 3 seasons with Lierse.

Tshiala (1m80 and 78 kg) played as right-back for Namen, but can also be played as a central defender or defensive midfielder. He played 27 matches for Namen this season, and scored 1 goal.
The two previous seasons Tshiala played for third division side Walhain, where he played 55 matches, and scored 6 goals.

Sporting Director Neel De Ceulaer: “Tshiala is a young Belgian who we have scouted several times, and we’ve concluded that he will be a good acquisition for Lierse for next season.
Alongside the contract extensions we’re busy looking at new players, you can expect more news in the coming days and weeks.”
